One of my Moderators, even though I've assigned them to the chatroom, can't Mod it.

It's because of the extension. Do you think the member could make a second, (global) name and maybe you can make that one a mod?

Chris, I remember you posting something about this issue recently. Is it fixed pending the next push, or is it just on the list of stuff to be attended to?

It is not fixed at this time, but a fix is to be expected.

I'll see. She's got a lot of posts and images on that account. She might not want to. But if she does, a fix IS expected, so I could just switch her
back when that's pushed?

right. What she could do is just make a spare profile that is similar to the one she already has, and use that profile to moderate chat.

Actually, would she be able to put in a help ticket and have Yuku change it to a .u extension? So she wouldn't lose anything? I'm not sure, but it
seems like I remember Yuku/Yuku users doing this in the past...

I'll save the answer to your question for Chris.
Note that if your mod needs to moderate chat under the "spare" profile, she can still post under her main profile without switching. All she'd have to do is choose her other name from the "post as" popup right above the post editor. |

I know, but I'll have to ask her what she wants. She's one of my best, so I want to make things as easy as possible for her.

Take your time, and if you want we can continue our PM conversation about this. I do think that an extra profile just to moderate chat with would be the
easiest way to go, because this problem with local names not being able to moderate chat won't be around forever.
