Posts: 41 3-May-09 8:01 PM	Tags : None We are having a major access problem at our message board. Roughly 8 pm Central or so I was getting the maintenance screen and not long after, only a white screen for any link used. I'm receiving emails from other members who also can't access the board and are getting the same thing. This has been going on now for several hours. As far as I can tell, nobody can access us at this point. I'm an admin there, and I am not sure if reporting a bug is the best choice or opening up a help ticket, but I thought I'd get a quicker response here. ADMINISTRATOR Posts: 13731 3-May-09 8:09 PM Yuku Help	I am able to access the community via the forum page: http://travellingeternityroad.yuku.com/forums/63 You may want to let people know to try this, you can use forum jump to go from one forum to another. It seems to be the directory that is coming up blank, so if you avoid the directory for now, you should be able to access.

I've tried to avoid the main page (and directory inside forums) and enter directly into topics, but still I only get the white page. It's been like this for hours now. I hope this can be fixed quickly. It's morning in Europe and all our European members are most likely trying to access the board by now.

Posts: 13 3-May-09 9:24 PM	Hi, the same problem happened at SurvivorSucks and once the board came back literally 1000's of posts are missing. Threads with 200+ pages were reduced to one page with one post. What the hell happened?

You should be able to acces the controls by clicking on this link: http://sunshine35446.yuku.com/members/all/t/opened Rainbow glo, same for you, here is the link to use: http://travellingeternityroad.yuku.com/members/all/t/opened Anyone else, if your board is still having problems, you can do the same, just load the directory http://YOURBOARDNAME.yuku.com/ and add members/all/t/opened behind it. Survivorarctic, I've notified the guys of the dataloss, they will look into it.
