Hi Chris, I'm having a strange issue on my board. Sometimes when I go to my board the Font is huge. Click on a forum or thread and it goes back to normal.

Hi Jeremy,
Does it happen after the front page loads a bit slower than usual? |

It is happening at http://itiskaos.yuku.com/ too. And I just noted
huge fonts here. I am on CDB1 and I am using Firefox. The latest version. The pages are loading slowly. I also notice it after I have visited a profile. Is
this a bug?
BTW this started yesterday afternoon. |

Click on a forum or thread and it goes back to normal. The opposite happens to me. It's inside the threads, but now it is back to normal. Will browse around a bit and see what happens. Firefox 3.0.10 |

Still happening to me also. In Fx3 with Vista. Fx prior releases are ok. Dunno about Fx3 with XP, my XP has Fx2 which is ok.
I just updated the Mac to that level or Firefox but cannot reproduce it there. I did think it was just Yuku and Firefox but it happens on my Google home page also. Going to check some more places. It seems to be that the default Firefox font size is overriding the local sizes even with the box checked for that not to happen (in Firefox - Tools - Options - Content). I changed that default to 30 to have a look around the web and it was overriding all over the place. But, I haven't found it listed in Bugzilla yet as a problem. Still reading there, lol. |

Chris, yes I use Firefox. This issue just started happening yesterday though. Page loads are what I would call normal.

Yes it seems to be a firefox issue. After some investigation, it happens on some other internet sites too, so it may be a firefox 3.0.10 problem.

This has been happening to me too ever since I downloaded Firefox 3.0.10 yesterday. Previous versions were fine.
I went to the Firefox Support forums but I couldn't find anything about it so I wasn't sure whether it was caused by Firefox or by Yuku. So I am very happy to find this thread here today which seems to confirm that it's a Firefox problem. I'm going to start a thread over there if anyone wants to add to it. The Firefox people need to know that their latest version is buggy and the more people reporting the problem, the more seriously it will be taken and the sooner it will be fixed. |

I hope that Jeremy doesn't mind, I've edited his lead to change the topic title so that it stands out better to people who have a similar problem.

Zandranna mentioned that not all page files were loading for her today. If it happens again to me, I'll check whether all files are loading in my css dev
sidebar. I'll update if anything appears missing from there. For my own reference:

This is happening to one of our board admins--on two different computers--at brewersfandemonium.yuku.com. Is it possible that this could be account related?

I just had it happen again, and all the css pages loaded properly, so the pages not loading isn't the issue.

If Firefox,
If you click on Tools, Options, Content Tab, Under the "fonts and colours area", click the advanced button Is "allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above" ticked? if not, tick it. Also, make sure the min font size is "none" Zoe

I'm checking in FF right now, all my settings are as said above, and the funniest thing.. I opened this topic in two tabs at once. One has the big font,
the other has regular font. So I'm looking at the same page, opened at the same time in two tabs, one is regular, the other is not.

Has anyone actually seen this issue on a Mac? Maybe it's a Windows-only thing.
