Banned member still able to enter board

Posts: 10 15-Jun-09 4:17 PM	Tags : None I banned a member and they are still able to enter my board as a guest and copy its content.????? I know this because that copy and pasted a conversation from my board and posted it on my profile. FYI I also blocked them and they can still contact me on my profile...??????????????? What do I have to do to make this person go away with out closing myself and my board to everyone else??????????

ADMINISTRATOR Posts: 13731 15-Jun-09 6:27 PM Yuku Help	When you ban someone by username, they will indeed be able to accesd the board while logged out. If this person has a static IP, you could also ban the IP, but if they have a dynamic IP then I'm afraid that there isn't much you can do to prevent them from viewing still. Profile blocking: It prevents someone from directly messaging you via your profile or connecting as a friend via the interact options in a profile, but blocking does not prevent someone from leaving comments on your profile I'm afraid.

Posts: 10 16-Jun-09 8:46 AM	So whats the next step? I have reported this member as abusive. I would think this would send up some kind of flag to the yuku team that there is a real problem here. Now don't get me wrong. I know drama is part of this whole thing. I've been a member from back in the ezboard days when I started posting sometime in 2001 or 2002. I have never been to the point of asking for help from the yuku or ezboard staff. It is my opinion this member needs to be removed. I would thing the yuku staff would rather a good poster stay and remove a problem poster rather then the opposite. Several of my past posting friends have left Yuku due to this members behavior. How about a hand here dealing with this matter before people start becoming rather verbal with said member?
