Posts: 2185 23-Jun-09 8:14 AM Blog-a-holic	Tags : style, switcher I thought the Style Switcher in the script library had been fixed so that we can now use our local skins. If this is so then I am doing something wrong. I can get it to work famously on the global skins. (except of course the extra css isn't there which throws all the sidebars out), but I simply can't get it to work on my local skins. Also one can have an image for one of the links to a different skin but as far as I can see there is no way to have an image for the default skin. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks muchly.

You need to use this format. <styleswitcher> 69 local <img src="http://www.website.com/images/lightblue.gif"> 52 local <img src="http://www.website.com/images/pink.gif"> 50 local <img src="http://www.website.com/images/darkblue.gif"> </styleswitcher> Now I remember doing the default link as an image before but I don't remember how right now. I'll dig it out. The alternative is to remove the default link and put the default skin as first in your list.

Posts: 2185 23-Jun-09 10:29 AM Blog-a-holic	Yup, I did it exactly like that except I change those image urls for one of my own. And obviously changed the number of the skin. Re the default skin and an image, I'm wondering if you used to block the default then added the code for the default within the style switcher. I'm going back to have another try and see what happens.
