If you can access via a backdoor, then the problem is obviously IP related. Given the fact that you were not using a static IP, we can probably exclude that you were purposely blocked from yuku for some reason. This leaves the ISP to consider.

If I'm not mistaken, you were able to access yuku via your Perlico connection on the 27th in my afternoon, your evening. Do you know the exact last time when you were on yuku with that connection? Were you on yuku the 28th, the 29th, without having to use a backdoor?
If you can't access the regular way 72 hours after you noticed your loss of access, then we'll need to look further. For now, here are a few questions for you:

Did you do anything out of the ordinary just before you lost your access to yuku? (e.g. did you use any kind of program you normally wouldn't use)
Do you know anyone in your area who uses Perlico wireless? If you do, can you ask them if they can access yuku?
Please browse around as much as you can, are there other places on the internet you have suddenly lost access to?
Could you phone your ISP and ask them to access yuku via Perlico?
