The ones at the very bottom of the editor are a fixed set. All you can do with those is turn them off or on.
When you add new smilies to your collection they appear in two spots. One is in the scrolly that appears when you click the little smilie face above. The other spot is a little pop up that will appear if you click the ? at the bottom of the editor next to 'use smilies'. Or the 'complete smilies list' link you see there in the quick reply. The smilies in that pop up you can drag and drop into the regular editor. If you leave it open you can drag and drop them on any Yuku board you visit. If you use those in the quick reply you need to type them like this: ":)" |

I think you might have a completely different problem. You seem to have nearly 100 emoticons in your set and ready for use. I think you might have an IE8
problem and not be able to use them. Check this topic out:

You're welcome.
You've got to be careful uninstalling IE8 as you might end up with IE6 and have to reinstall IE7 again. |

OK, I see the problem. Whoever added the photobucket smiles used HTML Code instead of the Direct Link when they were entered on the smilies page. They will all
need changed.

It is weird what is happening. It keeps inserting this image within your intended image URL.
OK, here is what I have done to save you the time. I have remade your smiley set so you can import the list. If you click on the Import ezboard Smilies button on your Community Smilies page, you will see a large text box. Paste everything below the line in this post into that box and click save. Now go and click 'edit' against the new 'Untitled Smilies xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx' at the end of the list and see if it looks OK to you. If so, apply it and test it in a post. This is a weird and interesting one. OK, I found the answer while I was thinking about constructing this post. The problem is that you are not using colons before a lot of your keystrokes and one of these being 'onalee' The URL of many of your images contains the word onalee and hence why it is trying to insert a smiley within a smiley. You can still do the import or you could just alter the keystrokes onalee in your existing set.
