I run a forum for a group of about 250 members, all of varying levels of activity. A few members have been banned for inappropriate language or similar
offenses and the problem I am coming up against is when I try ensure that they are not coming back under assumed names, I am unable to use the IP search
function. I can go to the "Log Report" and get IP's of my administrators but have been unsuccessful in comparing IP's for anyone else unless
they have created or deleted a thread. Most activity occurs in the chat room. Can anyone offer assitance? When I try trace a IP address by entering a
profile name it comes back telling that person does not exist or something along those lines.
