August 14 8:30 EDT: At this time, 40% of the profiles on one of the profile servers have been fixed and will be back to normal. It could not all be done in one night because several hours were spent to make fresh backups of all the profiles on that server before starting the maintenance.
The maintenance will continue and will be finished tonight. In the meantime, the remaining profiles that still need to be taken care of may experience issues today (problems accessing inbox, magician screens on some communities)
Again, no communities are affected by this, it is related to one of the profile servers, if your profile is among the ones that still need maintenance on that server, you will be able to visit (public) communities while logged out of your account.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience while this is being sorted out.
