uploading pics for avatars

Posts: 5 27-Aug-09 5:58 AM	Tags : avatar, upload Hello I've been trying to upload some pics in my avatar file but I wasn't able to upload any of them because there was a sign "there is no space left. You have to delete some items". I've deleted them all, but the sign remains the same no matter which pic I chooce to upload. Does anyone know what the problem is? Thanks in advance

ADMINISTRATOR Posts: 13731 28-Aug-09 10:30 AM Yuku Help	This is fixed now, but be careful, because you have multiple pictures in your albums that are over 1 MB each. This means that you'd only be able to upload less than 30 of those. Much less actually, considering what else you have. My guess is that your storage was indeed full but when you deleted some pictures, the space left didn't get adjusted. I've adjusted the amount of space you have left accordingly, but if you upload pictures that are over 1 MB in size, you'll be having this problem again in the near future.

In one of your albums, all of the pictures are over 1 MB If you do decide to delete them, please let me know so that I can check and make sure that your space amount adjusted after deletion.

Posts: 5 29-Aug-09 5:38 AM	That's weird... I've checked the size of all my pics in the albums and none of them is over 1 MB . I don't know what's the problem, but I don't want to have this avatar-uploading problem in the near future , so I'll delete all albums except for the avatar album. Please adjust the space amount, if it's no trouble to you. Thanks
