This does sound exactly as if tshe has IE8 though. What did she reply when you gave her the IE8 instructions? Is it possible that she had an automatic upgrade without realising it?

ok this has nothing to do with the browser.

1) What is the size of the pictures she is trying to upload? I have a feeling that they are far too big (anything over 2MB won't upload, it will just pretend to upload but the pics won't be there)
2) What is her username?
3) How many albums does she have and how many does she think she should have?

The reason why I asked how many albums she thinks she should have is because she said she deleted some and then made some more but by the way it was worded I had a feeling that things weren'r adding up. So to rephrase my question.. you have X amount of albums, you delete a few and you add a few new ones. Do you end up with the correct amount of albums? (e.g. the deleted ones should be gone and the new ones should be added)

This is very difficult to trace because I have no idea what I'm supposed to see in her account, how many albums and how many pictures.

Let's talk about "the bucket" I assume she uses photobucket.

Ok I chekc the size of the pics in the bucket and they are smaller than than the ones on my pc. They are larger and its strange that yuku took and received the pic I did manage to uplaod without changing anything.

This is normal and it does mean that she is dealing with large pictures. "The bucket" will resize your pics when they are too large. They do that when you have a free PB account. Funny thing is, when you try to post pics on yuku, using the bucket's icon in the post editor, your pictures become the original size again.

Not knowing how to do it on here or if there is a program available.

As far as albums I have two that I know of. I deleted a few in case we were only allowed to have only one or two. It seems I lost those and all the work it took to get them there.

Yes if you delete albums, you lose them. It will also delete the pictures that were in them and posted somewhere. There is no limit on how many albums you can have, but there is a limit on how much "space" you can have.

Yuku dosn't recognise my album in the bucket. I had deleted a rather large album of over 1000 pics thinking that was the problem which would leave me one album and it still sees the old album lol. I am wondering how it still reads that DELETED album hehehe. The pics I want to load are in another album and yuku won't read it.

If I am understanding this correctly, the problem she is having is with her photobucket images, not her yuku albums and she is not seeing the updated albums of the photobucket when she clicks the bucket icon in the post editor. Strange enough, this happened to me for the first time about a week ago. My main album was not visible when I clicked the PB icon. I went to photobucket, and it wasn't there either. Got me right into a panic because the album contains my personal pictures which I don't have backed up. The album reappeared on photobucket an hour later and as it did, it also reappeared in my post editor. Just to be sure, this is what she could try: unlink the photobucket account and link it again, see if that makes the updated version of her albums show.

As for her yuku albums, I did a refresh for her. If anything was out of place it should be all right now. She still has plenty of room, she only used a third of the space so far.
