Steph told me about the move I've been pretty frequent at my board, just haven't made it here. Well, the past couple of days have been weird, the baby has been incredibly fussy. I started giving him cow's milk and he turned into a monster. He likes the taste, but man is he cranky! So I'm going to have to cut back on the milk and see if that's the problem.

Chris, we're all doing pretty good. We moved from Missouri to Pennsylvania back in late August. That was fun! (she says sarcastically). We flew to Pennsylvania with an 8 month old and a dog as a carry on (we had to ship my husband's dog as freight, she was too big to carry on, my dog is under 10 pounds so he got stuck under the seat). That actually went very smoothly, a three hour lay over in Detroit and barely a peep out of the baby... he enjoyed it, slept on the planes and was very entertained by the airports. The hard part was the packing. We had more stuff than we realized and most of the big stuff was John Gabriel's stuff that we had to bring (couldn't get rid of it... stuff like his high chair and such). But now we're here and he's been having a ton of fun with grandma and grandpa
He's been crawling since 6 and 1/2 months, but pretty much started crawling and wanted to start walking. He's not walking yet, exactly, but very close to it. We've got a little over a month until his first birthday! We suspect he may be walking by then.
He's saying mum mum and dada (everyone kept trying to get him to say momma, I insist that he should be saying mum mum because I like it better that's the first thing he called me, that's what he likes!), but otherwise just babbling a lot... I mean A LOT! He's trying to get out grandma and grandpa and Alex and Guin (the dogs), but hasn't quite gotten them.

I'm with you, Silver Dollar, I want a ball pit too, I get soo jealous that the ball pit is baby sized
