The migration process is running very smoothly now (thank you RANSOM) and we're now
able to move boards from ezboard to yuku in a very smooth process. The big backlog of boards is gone (having chipped away at them for the past few months) and
now the queue is up to date. So if you're thinking of migrating your board from ezboard over to yuku, now is a good time to put in a ticket. Most migrations happen within a day or so and many only take a few hours.
(during normal yuku work hours) It all depends on the size of the board and how many members you have on your member list and how many others boards are
migrating at the same time, as to how quickly your board moves through the migration process. But rough estimates; a board with a few (under 50) members can
be migrated in most instances in as little as 30 minutes. A larger board (say 500 members) would take an hour or so and a very big board (a few thousand)
might take a few hours or more - even possibly multiple days if its a really really large board. Of course, there are the occasional hiccups and sometimes it
takes longer, but it certainly is no longer a multiple month wait.
Oh if you've been waiting for migration and did put in a ticket long ago and never heard anything it's possible that you never replied to your ticket confirming details or your ticket went to your email spam folder, so please do re-open your ticket so we can get you back on the list.
