if you mouseover the linked "support" by the avatar, it will tell you the original name of the user that's using support....

Really? Where do you see that? It is supposed to be the board name.

Yeah, but it would be interesting to see how well everyone knew people by their avatars...

What the hell? I received a PM marked support and since I opened it I am 'support.' No amount of logging out as soon as I log back in on my board under
my name, when I post I'm support. How could you possibly make that kind of mistake?

when you log into the support fetaure, you need to log out again after you've finished. Not out of your account, just out of support. There should be a
logout button for you to do that.

The "Contact Support" link in the board stats is very confusing to members. It would make them think that they are infact contacting Yuku Support. I looked in the edit text in the settings but "Contact Support" hasn't been added to the list for a text change. Is it possible to have this added to the list so that owners can reword that link in order to make sure that member know it's only the board admin that they will be contacting. |

When I mouse over it I see "support's Profile", not the board name. This is on IE6. |

my fault - correction. When you mouse over the profile name that shows on a post, where the post is made on a board OTHER than the home board of the profile,
then you should see the home board.

It's all too complicated for me - if my members want to open a
ticket then they're on their own!

Hmm I just logged on with IE6 to check and indeed, when you mouse over it, there is nothing to be seen. FF shows the board name, IE6 does not.
