Can anyone tell me how long it takes for a forum to become searchable? I set up a board yesterday but it doesn't seem to be searchable yet. I ave the
box checked that says it should be searchable and I filled in some tags.

does your board have more than 100 posts on it? That is also a criteria, to prevent new boards that never get used from showing up.

Sometimes it takes a bit longer than 24 hours to show up.... sometimes. Sometimes they just get stuck and need a little shove from the staff
What's the board name? We could always try giving it a search too. Once had a board that would not come up at all for the board owner, I searched for it and found it. It was kind of funny, but for me it wasn't coming up under a Yuku only search, but did under a Yuku/Ezboard search, but for someone else it came up under Yuku only, for the board owner, she still couldn't find it...
<---Jibril by the way (did it again... I just can't remember lately when I switch IDs....) Alison... can you give me a custom title that says something to the effect that Jibril has an identity crisis? :p |

I need something of the effect.
I try to remember to log out of Gabriel and back to Jibril, and generally stay on Bril since no one except those on the RP boards know that Gabriel is me. Really, I need to get back in the habit of using the reply button rather than the quick reply so I can pay attention to who I'm posting as. |

I had switched accounts earlier today (not something that I do very often) as I needed to make some signatures for a seldom used profile and forgot I was in that name. I answered a PM (not a problem as the pm automatically shows as sent by the right name). Then went to update somethings and I made a reply under that name. Fortunately that is a seldom used board and I could delete and re-post with the correct name. It's when you do it on someone else's board and people have already read the post before you realize the mistake that's the problem. Especially when you try really hard to keep the two names from being associated with each other.
