In the yuku TOU, the Breaches of Security section has
legal@yukucorp@com as the email address to which we should direct security
breaches, instead of legal@yukucorp.com.

The first few lines of an e-mail:
Hello reph, [add a comma between those two words]The rest of the e-mail has a few errors, too. Note that all the domain names (subdomain names?) are identical although the last occurrence is introduced as a new and exciting one. |

Small typo:
Harrassment - We will not tolerate insults, attacks, threats, and/or denigration from any member on another member or a member of staff at any time. We have zero tolerance for taking an argument about a any topic to a personal level. Name calling, repeated critical and sharply negative posts toward a forum member, flaming, or slanderous posts are not acceptable.BTW, thank you for posting this, Alison.

I'm going to post this here because I'm just not sure where in the heck I should post it. I couldn't find anything about the stats being
switched/reversed as a bug.
In any event.......the owner of this board http://thegoodthebadandtheugly49488.yuku.com noticed that the stats are reversed and asked me to notify ya's and see if we can get it fixed. 6513582 Total visits 46990 Total views 6513582...should be total views 46990......should be total visits Thanks!
Here is a snapshot of the stats from ezboard;

Yuku is not consistent with whether to use the American spellings of words or the British spellings. For instance, Yuku has a forum here titled "Help customising your board," whereas the American spelling is "customizing." Similarly, I see the word "color" sometimes spelled "colour" and sometimes spelled "color". Since HTML codes need the word spelled "color", I think it confuses people to see the word spelled "colour". Seeing it spelled that way reinforces that spelling in their heads, and they might spell it that way while using codes {for example: [font colour=blue] } and then not understand why the code isn't working.

The announcement in the Announcements forum about downtime on May 13 says "The new data center provides us with the space and network infrastructure to
grow and provide you with unparallel service."
Unparallel service might be skewed service, I guess. What you want there is "unparalleled service." |

This thread has shrunk. Was it washed in hot water? I mean, what happened to the other posts? Were the errors corrected that those posts identified?
Post #4 belongs elsewhere. New item: When I log out, the screen says "Goodbye reph." It should say "Goodbye, reph." That's the same kind of comma as in "Sorry [,] we were unable to render this page." |

When deleting a member, it still asks if you also want to unban a member, but I think it means to ask if you also want to BAN the member. My post about this
was removed with the thread with the others that are now gone, but it's not fixed!

No, it does mean unban. If you delete a banned member there is no way to unban later so you are given that option before irrevocably removing them from your
member list.
The rest of the posts were removed because those typos were corrected and would have been in the push yesterday, had it not been delayed. |

The way it's worded, then, implies that when you delete ANY member, the member will also be banned. And maybe adding an option to also BAN a member from the delete page as well? Anywho, thanks for clarifying! |

Admin > Community Security Settings > Community Access
Allow Anonymous: should be "no one" Profanity Filter Switch:What? Suggestion: "replace undesirable words" (The filter can be used to replace words that are not profane or obscene, e.g. a competitor's product, a member's name, etc.) Additional Words to Filter:Suggestion: "words to filter out of posts" should be "separate" Also, just above that is this: Use Global Profanity:The word "additional" is used just below ("Additional Words to Filter"), making this a bit awkward -- it's adding additional words to additional words. Suggestion: "include words from the global profanity filter" User names to filter: "Out" is unnecessary. "block certain user names..." is enough. should be "separate" From the Community Access Option Legend: Registered Users: if this option is chosen, my community will be open to registered users only. This means that users will have to be logged in to even see my community home page. (not recommended - it will hide my community from search engines and limit community exposure to new members.)Delete "This means that", capitalize the "u" in "users", and delete "even", making it "Users will have to be logged in to see my community home page." I'd rewrite the "not recommended" portions this way: For Registered Users: This setting will hide my community from search engines and limit community exposure to new members. (not recommended) For Approved Members Only: This setting will hide my community from search engines and close off my community to new members. (not recommended) The brief "(not recommended)" at the end is more consistent with recommendation phrasing for other options on that page. SEPARATE. SEPARATE. SEPARATE.

Suggestion: "include words from the global profanity filter"Or "include all words in yuku's global profanity filter" or "activate yuku's global profanity filter." These alternatives tell admins what the global filter is. (Coming over from ezboard, we didn't know yuku had one.) They also exclude the interpretation "include selected words from..." Is the list of yuku's filtered words available? How international is it? Some words are offensive in British English but not in American English. And does it include the common racial/national slurs? |

Pasted from a Lobby thread. I don't know the source.
Where it says "deprecated" (twice), I think they mean "old" or something similar. Then there are the apostrophes in "Browser's," also twice. Those have to go. "Which" should be "that." |

The top of the Bug Forum's main page still says:
ATTENTION:There are also other structural and grammatical errors, as well as missing punctuation. |

When using bulk commands to copy a topic, you go to http://[boardname].yuku.com/lead/bulk/ and see this:
Copy Listed TopicsI'd like to see it say: "Please select a destination forum." Since you currently get the same page whether you're copying 1 topic or 12 topics, getting rid of "these topics" makes more sense for the times when only one topic is copied. Better grammar would be: "You will be redirected to the forum to which you are copying these topics" or "You will be redirected to the forum to which this topic will be copied" (or something similar). |

...or "You will be redirected to the destination forum."
At least one complaint about "You will be redirected to the forum to which copying these topics to" was among the posts removed from this thread because they described corrections to be made in the delayed push that hasn't happened yet. |

Hey guys, my board is a fiction board so grammar is pretty crucial ( good grammar particularly...) but when I transferred over to Yuku sometime ago, all speech
marks and comma's disappeared from our posts.
It's not doing it with newer posts but has effected all the old posts. ( Also, unrelated problems but I only see half the text of some posts, no-one else seems to have this problem?) Example: http://fobfic.yuku.com/topic/548 |

All right, I'm nitpicking here a little bit -- but just to bring it your attention...
To be technical, Yahoo! always spells its name with an exclamation mark! Even when they abbreviate it to just a "Y" they also include the exclamation mark:
