What?

Suggestion: "replace undesirable words" (The filter can be used to replace words that are not profane or obscene, e.g. a competitor's product, a member's name, etc.)

Additional Words to Filter:
words that you want to filter out on posts
(seperate by commas)

Suggestion: "words to filter out of posts"

should be "separate"

Also, just above that is this:

Use Global Profanity:
include additional words from global profanity filter

The word "additional" is used just below ("Additional Words to Filter"), making this a bit awkward -- it's adding additional words to additional words.

Suggestion: "include words from the global profanity filter"

User names to filter:
block out certain user names from entering the
community (seperate by commas)

"Out" is unnecessary. "block certain user names..." is enough.

should be "separate"

From the Community Access Option Legend:

Registered Users: if this option is chosen, my community will be open to registered users only. This means that users will have to be logged in to even see my community home page. (not recommended - it will hide my community from search engines and limit community exposure to new members.)

Approved Members Only: if this option is chosen, every new member will have to apply and be approved by an admin to access my community. (not recommended - it will hide my community from search engines and close off my community to new members.)

Delete "This means that", capitalize the "u" in "users", and delete "even", making it "Users will have to be logged in to see my community home page."

I'd rewrite the "not recommended" portions this way:

For Registered Users: This setting will hide my community from search engines and limit community exposure to new members. (not recommended)

For Approved Members Only: This setting will hide my community from search engines and close off my community to new members. (not recommended)

The brief "(not recommended)" at the end is more consistent with recommendation phrasing for other options on that page.

When using bulk commands to copy a topic, you go to http://[boardname].yuku.com/lead/bulk/ and see this:

Copy Listed Topics

You are about to copy these topics:

* [topic name]

Please select the forum to copy these topics to:

[dropdown box]

You will be redirected to the forum to which copying these topics to.

I'd like to see it say: "Please select a destination forum." Since you currently get the same page whether you're copying 1 topic or 12 topics, getting rid of "these topics" makes more sense for the times when only one topic is copied.

Better grammar would be: "You will be redirected to the forum to which you are copying these topics" or "You will be redirected to the forum to which this topic will be copied" (or something similar).
