Admin can't reach board |
Lead | ||

One of our admins hasn't been able to reach the board since last night. She gets a "banned by IP" notice. She posted in a pinned thread at
bugbase, giving the essential information. Will that work, or does she also have to submit a ticket?

alll you need to do is go into your member area and unban her IP. I don't think there is anything that can be done from this end, it's all on your
board.

Her IP isn't banned in our admin area. We've unbanned all the IPs that are anywhere close to hers.

I was just going to ask about that as I saw a post over in gethelp that might apply.
Is she on wireless? |

If this particular admin can see the list of banned IP's and the other admin's IP is not on there, what else can she do but ask for help?

Reph -- you might need to put a help ticket in on this one. Something's not right. Especially since your Admn had been able to access the board earlier.

how bout......open a ticket! But since I'm feeling helpful:
The admin probably has a dynamic IP that changes - probably AOL. The only way to do this is to unban all the IP's. |
