She shuts down and restarts each day. She rebooted multiple times when I was troubleshooting with her.

she is using IE and can't use any yuku chat rooms cache is cleared flash player downloaded firewall disabled computer rebooted Is she using dial up? |

well this just happened to me a few minutes ago. The chat room showed completely blank. Reloading it from the same page immediately seemed to clear the issue.
It's worth a try for her. Please ask her to load the chat, and then load it again, see if it helps

I keep getting this message when i try to get in our chat room:
!!Connection failed! Maybe your network can't access the server, or the server is under maintenance, please try again later Im also getting a message about "skin cleansing" , our board is new but im the only one that cant access the chat room. Please help and btw, im not very computer-smart.
any info/help would be appreciated.

Have you checked your firewall? You need to enable ports tcp 51228 and 51227 in order for it to work.

its still not working.
i think i did that right with my firewall, but i will mess around with it again. its giving me the same error message and when i click retry it says its loading but never finishes. |

try clearing your cache.
Also, I missed your comment about your ticket earlier. When you submit a ticket, a help desk account gets created for you automatically. This is not the same as your yuku account, so if you are logged in to your yuku account, it will still ask you to log in. Look at the notification email you got from the help desk, it will give you your help desk password. |
