hprules28, when you got that error, had you been in any other chatrooms? Had you switched profiles, or logged into a different account previously?

I have same problem. I was in chat early today and early yesterday but the last two nights it says wrong password even though I am in the messageboards. I
have gone into chat for months with no problem until last couple of nights.

Just a note- Opening ports 51227 & 51228 as recommended by Tachu solved the "connection failed" problem for me.

did you log out, clear cache and log back in again? Also try deleting the cookies related to your board url.

I am also getting the wrong password error message. I know it is the correct password and 3 other people are chatting so I don't know what the problem is.

I've been having the same issues, oddly. And it's not a cache issue.
FireFox, Opera, IE6, IE7, IE8, Safari for Windows, SeaMonkey and Netscape are all reporting the same issue. Which amuses me, as I've got folks in the chat right now. Trying to clear flash cache now. |

Try going there and clicking on the "Delete all sites" button, then try your chat again. |

Did that work for you Laethyn? I've not seen this option before, but if it helps this issue then that's great.
You can also just scroll through the list and only delete the sites with yuku.com in them. |

I posted this on our board, They did say it worked.. But not sure what one fixed the error as they just did everything I recommended.
Be sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player 9. Here is something to try for those who have password errors in chat: Click on the links to Adobe Flash Players web site, You will see your Settings Loading.. These settings can only be adjusted on the website and will display your settings only. Highlight and Delete anything that's Yuku Related (delete websites tab) in these 2 panels, Storage & Privacy settings. Website Storage Settings Panel , and Website Privacy Settings Panel ,.. You will also see affiliate.kickapps.com this is related to Yuku. Also another issue maybe for those who don't sign/log out of Yuku/Account, Try signing out and sign back in. Then try entering chat. |

I am getting the 'wrong password' error which I've never had before. I have deleted cookies and cache, logged out and back in and nothing works. IE nor FF work. I just switched profiles and I can chat but not with my debonbon account. I tried chatting on my laptop and can't get in chat on that either.

I get the guest cannot log in now
i did clear cookies and logged out and logged back in did nothing at all to fix problem this only happens on my mac machines my pc it works fine |
