My site seems to be getting maintenance every night at this time which is one of the busiest times for my members to be there and usually I get a screen that say you guys a working the magic fingers or something like that and it only takes a couple minutes but now it did that that then went to a neg. photo look and then back to normal and then 10 minutes later it did the same thing all over again and now I get absolutely nothing at all. No board no magic fingers screen just blank screen. My members are getting the same thing and are contacting me through other sources wondering what is going on. Please help!
