We use domain hosting. I'm not sure if that's affecting things, but a few members are reporting that when they click the banner at the top of the
board: http://beautiful962.yuku.com to get to the main page,
they get logged out. I'm not sure why that happens. I've never had that problem before and I click the banner to go Home all the time.

It may be the contributing factor. Does it still happen if they click a breadcrumb link? Once they log in again do they remain logged in? Or does it happen
every time they go to the home page?

Some of them use beyond-beautiful.org and others use beautiful962.yuku.com. The breadcrumb links don't log them out. I'll check and see if they stay
logged in.

Could the people who are getting logged out please post here with a description of the steps they take, and what happens at each step? Including the urls
involved.

i use beautiful962.yuku.com and i'm @ General Discussion or other parts,when i click the banner,it takes me to the main page,but i got logged out... And
when i click log in (on the main page) nothing happens... i have to click login in one of the other parts of the forum. (i go to General Discussion part and
then login) and when i login,i still cannot go to the main page.after logging in,when i click the banner the again,same happens,i get logged out...

Users can't login to fully qualified domains using IE7. http://theJJB.com is having the same problem.
Jen, I would suggest using FF until they fix this. |

I think it's a different bug? Because they can log in, they just get logged out when they click the banner.
The above user, Mem, uses IE6. |

Actually wait. I just tested it using IE6. I can't login using IE6 either.
Domain hosting just doesn't work for any user using any version of IE. |

If they can use FF, or if you can use the yuku url, then you'll get around the problem for now. |
