You can change the Display Name by going to Community Settings - Info.
But you can't change the url of the board. |

If you migrated over with a bunch of numers after your board name like many ezboards do, you can put in a ticket to have the url adjusted to a more user
friendly one. http://helpdesk.yuku.com
