Advanced filtering

You can use filtering to manage your members in a far more powerful way than any previous system.

When you use the filters, the resulting members will be those who meet the criteria set by all filters used. For example - using post count: less than 50 and membership: more than 12 months will give you a list of all those members who have been members for longer than 12 months, and have less than 50 posts. \

This opens up a variety of possibilities to filter your members in any way you wish.

Below are a few examples of how to get the most out of your filter.

Scenario 1:
You wish to find out how many members have become inactive on your domain.
Choose advanced filter options and select "last seen, more than 3 months" )or any amount of months you wish).
All members who have not visited your domain in the past 3 months will be filtered. You can now see your inactive members.
You could take this a step further, put the members on the clipboard and send them a message.

Scenario 2:
You wish to find out how many people have only posted once on your domain.
Choose advanced filter options and select less than two posts.
You now have a list of everyone who has only posted once. Here again you could put them on the clipboard and send them a message.

Scenario 3:
You have been away for the weekend and you would like to find out who visited your domain during your absence without having to go through all the recent posts.
Choose advanced filter options and select "last seen less than 3 days"
You have now a list of eveyone who has visited your domain while you were away.

Scenario 4:
You wish to send a thank you note to your long time members.
Choose advanced filter options, select membership more than.. and fill out an amount of months.
You have now a list of people who have been long time members of your domain.

You can create a static group for the filtered members. For example, you could create a static group for all members who were last seen more than a month ago. This group will contain all members who have not visited your domain in a month or longer. The group will be updated automatically
