Support
Every community has a built in support account that allows you to offer a ticket system to help your own community members.
A link for your users to submit a support ticket will appear at the bottom of the main page of your board.
Even unregistered users can put in a ticket, which means that they can still contact you if they are unable to log in and post. They will however, be required to provide an email address so that you can respond to them.
To Switch to the Support Account:
1. Click on the Support link on the Navigation bar or in your admin control panel
2. Click on the Switch button

The support ticket system looks just like the Yuku PM system, so it's familiar to use:
When you read each ticket, there is a blue button at the bottom of the message that reads "escalate". If you click this button it will send the ticket to the Yuku Team. Escalating a ticket is a good idea when you think the problem is beyond your power to resolve, or if it is a bug.
Note: You cannot leave your board while logged in to support. You will be prompted to switch back to your normal profile if you do.
