On brewersfandemonium.yuku.com, in the In-Game Chat at the top of the main page, I've found that if you try to deny an individual member's access by
checking either Default or Deny Access, the change doesn't take.
Working from the Forums and Management page using this method does work, though:
1. Click on Forums and Chat Management.
2. Click on Settings next to the chat.
3. Dig out the member's name in the Member Exceptions box.
4. Check the "Use Default Settings" button next to the member's name. That'll remove him/her from the list.
This is a private chat with about 3,000 people on the Member Exceptions list. We had to do it that way because people could enter the chat room without applying for membership. I guess that's another bug.
