Okay, I have unbanned a person from my board. Though when the person goes to the board they say they are still banned. They even cleaned out their cookies.
Here is my board. http://lovepainandthewholecrazything.yuku.com/ *Shannon2707* is the member that was banned and now I unbanned her.

I don't see her on your member list, I also don't see where you unbanned her. Can you tell me approximately when you unbanned her, so that I can locate it in the log? |

I unbanned/unblocked her from the Security part of the cp. Under Block User Names. I did it this afternoon. I invited her to the board this afternoon.

Thanks for letting me test on your board. I need to test a lot more on this but will do it on one of my own boards and see what I come up with.
Was your board public at one time? If so, did you block the name while the board was public, or did you block it while the board was MBA? |

Yes, at one time my board was MBA. I think I blocked the name before I changed it to MBA.

That is not the message one would get if the user name was blocked via security page. Are you absolutely positive you never banned her? |

I've unbanned her manually even though she wasn't showing as banned in the members section she was according to the system. Have her try accessing
again now.
