We have a need for posts to automatically clean up (members don't take care of their posts and it's a lot of work) after a certain amount of time and
was wondering if is possible to have posts self destruct, thanks in advance.

Is there a way to have a post automatically expire? |

Not that I'm aware of except members' images and pics "self destruct" when they delete their Imagebucket or whatever images which, in turn,
severs the links to my board. The only way really is manually delete each post you want, and that takes time. I'm sorry but it's hard work but can you
not ask your admins to help you here? Mine are very good.

That would be handy woith for sale forums. I imagine topic pruning to a date could streamline it for you.

Fishnbanjo you could create an invisible forum to contain archived posts, eg. "Old Posts: Discussion" and "Old Posts: Creative". Some
members' old posts might me tardy but their content would be worth keeping til a later date, then moved back.
