How do I change the color of the top and bottom boxes on a skin?

Posts: 1 14-May-08 10:16 AM	Hello all, I am just setting up my yuku board for my school, http://muscrig.yuku.com/ , and started out with the "Space" skin, which uses reds as the color scheme. I have figured out how to change some of the borders and boxes, but some are still red; 1. the very top bar that has the word "yuku" and your user name, 2. the box around the yuku announcements, 3. the active users box, and 4. the community statistics box. How do I switch these colors? Other than that my board is coming along well. Thanks!

ADMINISTRATOR Posts: 2120 14-May-08 11:46 AM	Are you using the WYSIWYG editor? That skin is coded to use the Yuku's basic generic class names so you don't have to set the color for each individual box. If you just want to change all the dark reddish borders and headers to another color though the easiest way is to first make a fresh copy of the skin from the library to your custom skins. Then click the "edit HTML" button and select all the CSS code in the last field and paste it into Notepad or another plain text editor (not Word). After that just do a simple search and replace. The reddish color is #611A04. So just search for that and replace it with your new color. Finally select all the code in Notepad, replace the code in the skin and click save.
