I cannot see the responses to any new threads. I can see the original post, but nothing else. I have tried replying with regular and quick reply and it
doesn't make a difference. however, when I preview a reply, I can see all the responses. What is going on??? Help please!

I just made a post entitled Help, but I cannot see it, so if it's here, I apologize.
I was having an issue only being able to see the original post in a thread. I cannot see any NEW responses. Others on my board are having the same problem. I cannot see any NEW responses here. And now, I apparently cannot view NEW threads or my threads are disappearing. privateparty.yuku.com using IE6 I guess PM me because I cannot see my threads. THANK YOU! |

We're having the same issue on this board: http://ttcfriends.yuku.com/directory
People can't get into the board except by accessing their profiles the a recent post but then even when you post, the screen goes blank and you can't get back into the board without alot of hullaballoooou... This has been going on since the "maintenance" the other night. Interestingly, I don't get this issue AT ALL when I use our new computer with the most up to date software -- but people shouldn't have to get new software in order to get on Yuku. |

I'll ask someone to look at your board tomorrow. I can't get in either and I'm on a new computer with 3 up to date browsers, I doubt that it is
computer related.

Ok, other problems.
No one is showing up in who's online. Threads show the kudo option at the top although I have it turned off. When I am on the main page (directory), the last post is wrong. That's it so far, but the real issue is not seeing posts or getting PMs. |

My husband suggested a hard refresh...which worked for about 2 seconds. (Great minds Chris) I have to hard refresh EVERY post and my inbox every time. As soon
as I go to a new thread or back out of my inbox and go back in, it reverts. I should not have to hard refresh every single time I want to read a thread or my
inbox. I have re-booted my computer and still have this issue.

Just one little question. Can you confirm if just a normal refresh works for you or do you still get the stale page?

Doing a normal refresh did absolutely nothing. I had to hit control/F5 on every new screen. It can't be a browser issue because everything seems to be back
to normal today and I haven't changed a thing. Totally wierd. Must have been some yuku glitch. Several people on my board were having the same issues.
It's very frustrating.

I've used firefox and safari, it's a problem on both.
a normal refresh does not work - leads to a blank page a la http://ttcfriends.yuku.com/topic/2245/master/1/?page=1 but for me (and all on my board) this is a white blank screen -- anyone else |

Kristin, I can see that page fine. Does the problem continue for you today?
Krispy, I spoke to a tech last night about this and he was going to look into it as priority. I haven't spoken to him again, however I am hoping that perhaps he resolved it. Please let me know if the problem comes back at all. |
