Please read before reporting 1) White pages: fixed 2) Page cannot be displayed. fixed 3) Email notifications are not going through to some emails 4) Help wiki down 5) Topics/replies disappearing: please try a hard refresh. Press Ctrl + F5 at the same time. 6) Promoting community: Avatar disappears from the promote image. 7) Forums appearing without a skin. If you are experiencing any of the above, please know that the problem has been reported and noted. There is no need to start a new topic. If you do feel the need to report it, feel free to add to this topic. I will update this topic when there is news. In the meantime, I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience those issues are causing. The team will have those issues fixed as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience. Posts: 27 19-May-08 1:53 PM	Just some FYI - it's been most bizarre! On the computer I'm at now - WinXP - all was fine this morning and is fine now - I did get the white page on a profile search, though. I was at another computer - also WinXP - during the day and had no access to any boards. I did see the directory page of my own board, but it was unformatted. Links to any of the forums brought up the white page. I was able to view the calendar, active users list and such, but again, those pages were unformatted (skinless). I tried logging in from the directory page and also using the FF add-on with no luck. I cleared everything - history, cache, etc., rebooted, tired it in FF, IE7 and even and old Netscape - no fix on that computer. Through a Google search, I located the help ticket page and submitted a ticket.

Posts: 60 19-May-08 2:35 PM	White pages happened to me this morning, I was gone most of the day so I don't know when it came back. When I got home this afternoon I was logged in as normal. I tried direct links to forums and threads and got white pages for everything, so that didn't work for me. Whatever the latest Firefox is, IE7 on Vista, and whatever browser is in the PS3. It would be nice if you could at least replace the white page with the yuku 404 so we can play Space Invaders.

Posts: 559 19-May-08 3:33 PM	In addition to the others issues, it seems that the Front page is not in sync with the thread pages -- it does not update when posts are made within the forums. Posts: 5 19-May-08 6:19 PM	I am having an issue with white pages too. This happened to me first a few months ago, where I could not get into a forum. I asked some friends who visit the same forum and they were able to get on fine. I had the issue again last night...white pages for everything and had to use a very round about way to get on here at all. It was fine finally this morning and was fine until around 4 and now it is back to white pages. I am using Windows XP and the latest (I'm pretty sure) version of Firefox if that information is needed.

Posts: 17 19-May-08 6:38 PM	Our board is also having problems with the Mark Read button in the individual forums. The topics remain with the 'new' marker next to them, as does the forum itself. Also, the 'sticky' topics were static for awhile, as promised, but now they're bouncing to the top again, just as they did when we were first migrated to Yuku. The 'static' stickies are quite important to keeping our community organized. Is this a glitch? Or was the 'static' function taken away for some reason? Thanks for any updates, especially on the e-mail notifications. As has been reported elsewhere, several of our board members are no longer getting those. http://d20worldofgreyhawk.yuku.com/

That's the direct link I have for my homepage and that is where I get a white screen. I also tried to take out the /forums 2 part and it's hit or miss whether the main page for that comes up...and even when it does as soon as I click on a specific forum, the blank page appears.

Posts: 1 19-May-08 8:58 PM	I'm not having any problems, however I have a friend that is. Several times when he tries to go to the website, he gets a very generic screen with a white background. The font is also a lot larger. He can get to the home page but no where else. He isn't able to get to this support forum, so I said I'm post this for him. However your advice to access straight to a forum via recent posts would have been of little help to me .... I couldn't even get the Yuku log-in page to come up! And I have also been finding recently that I click on the Navigation button but am left looking at the loading graphic going round and round in circles forever and sometimes not managing to populate anything at all.
