Chat rooms are currently down. The developers have been notified and are on it.
There is no need to start individual topics or submit tickets as the issue has been reported and noted. Thank you for your patience while the chat is being fixed.

Will Admin be sending a YUKU wide message to boards letting us know when chat is back up and running? I could drive myself nuts continually checking. I think
it would be helpful if I knew that we'd be informed when chat is working again so I could stop checking.

You're welcome, Chris.
Do you have the ability to post an announcement in announcements forum and feature it? That would be easier for members than having to check into approximately eight threads. That way, all staff would have to do is link to the announcement in the various threads, and if a new threads pop up, members could help out by providing the link in a response. Also, if there are further updates, replies could be added to the announcement; all we'd have to do is watch for a new post icon. And maybe (?) an announcement would make its way into the Latest Announcement box at the top of the Support Portal. |

We were able to get onto chat last week but now cannot. We all keep getting an "unknown error" message with directions for us to close. And so we do.
