NEW REPORTS

Okay, I'm now reporting several things wrong with the ban system on my board. Remember, you can find my board at http://uhrebirth.yuku.com.

1) I went to the banned members area and checked the usernames I wanted to unban, selected edit members, and clicked unban (like I did in my above post). This feature is still not working. However, if I went to each member individually and unbanned them, it worked.

2) Most of my banned members don't have a date displayed saying when they were banned (again, in the banned members area).

3) The members that I gave a temporary ban to did not have a banned until date specified in the banned members area. Also, they never got unbanned. They were the ones I had to unban individually (see #1).

Also, I am so not trying to be rude, so if I come across that way, I am deeply sorry. I love Yuku, and the staff have been great to me. But anyway:

My last post in this thread didn't receive a response. I understand that Yuku has a lot of better things they can do than help me with weird errors that only seem to happen at my board; Yuku is a popular website, after all. But it really, really makes me uncomfortable when I make a report and the thread goes for days (in this case, more than a week) without receiving any word on the issue. I understand that it might not be fixed, but I would really appreciate for the Yuku staff to keep me updated on the issue by posting in this thread, and any other thread where the bug isn't resolved quickly. I have a rare form of leukemia, and I've had it since I was fourteen. Running my message board on ezboard, then reopening it on Yuku, has kept me from going insane during all of the hard times I've had over the last six years. My board has been, and still is, a very important part of my life. But I've had the problem with the banning feature on my message board ever since I started it on Yuku, and I have never known what's going on behind the scenes with it I just want some reassurance every so often

P.S. I recently joined the Google AdSense Help Forums (about a week or so ago), and no one seems to reply to my help questions there. It's really beginning to tick me off.

As to the usernames it wouldn't let me unban, I have unbanned them, but I couldn't do it as a list; I had to do it with each account manually. I'll give you the usernames if you need them, but what exactly are you going to do? He's an active member of my board (the one behind the usernames), so obviously I don't want him banned unless he's broken a rule

Ah, all right, thank you Hopefully all of this will be fixed with the next couple of pushes. If it's not fixed by then, I don't know what I'll do. I might help the poor
