We have a member that can't get into our forum. She gets an error that says she is banned. We go to our admin page and it shows that she isn't. I
even tried banning her and unbanning her to see if that would clear it , but it didn't. Is it possible that she was banned globally (not by our board) by
someone else?

Check to see if her email is banned. I had that problem before.
