Board Slow and Whos Online not showing anyone |

My board seems to be sluggish. I'm finding it hard to post replies as it times out. I can't split topics. Whos online isn't working. That's
all I've seen so far. It's a bit intermittent. Any known issues?
It's not my net connection as all other websites I visit are instant/really quick. http://thebritishempire.yuku.com/

OK most of it seems to have sorted itself out again. So you can ignore this now.
