My board is an over 50k board but despite have ad free days some users are getting ads, is this supposed to happen to non contributors regardless?

So EZsupporters and the board owner get no ads but everyone else does despite ticking all the boxes.
Any idea how this is rectified? |

No, this is not correct. Your ezboard gold ran out but your yuku gold has not been applied yet. I'll see if I can find someone to fix this for you, hang in there. |
