Posts: 9389 11-Jul-08 1:52 AM	Tags : resolved fixed, crash This issue is now FIXED (if you find that this is not the case, please skip to my last post and then add your problem) If you are experiencing time lags with posts turning up and other inconsistent server behaviour, please post your board url here, with your server number. To find out your server number scroll to the bottom of any page on your board and mouse over the version number. The server number will appear in the title/alt text. Posts: 142 11-Jul-08 2:35 AM Rare	Hi Alison, there are delays on posts appearing on our board but that is not my main concern - our default skin although showing on the board is missing from the customised spec. sheets - I wanted to amend the header but the skin spec. just isn't there. We are on the CDB2 server. Our board is on http://simplyfriends.yuku.com/ - everything seems to be working normally apart from that. I am off on holiday tonight but Zandranna will be looking after the shop for me. Thanks

Posts: 9 11-Jul-08 4:01 AM	CDB2 Main Forum Multipage threads show two to three pages of post that can't be viewed. This has been happening for four days now. Just a suggestion but maybe someone should stick this thread since people are posting all over the forum about it, instead of trying to get answers in multiple threads.

Posts: 87 11-Jul-08 4:03 AM	Hi Alison Our board http://elpendulo.yuku.com is at server CDB2 Yesterday we find out that we are having this same problem of "loosing messages" One of our members could see and get the url of one of these "loosed messages" . The replied message to that thread is supossed to be the "reply #21" (now it´s replaced by another one) and the url the reply showed when she saw it, is this one The reply is now gone again. The forum where it is is a private forum so if you need me to include somebody from Yuku staff in the list to check this please let me know. Thanks

I've been told to use the Bug forum and look for a pinned thread regarding any current issues before bothering to open a ticket or start a new thread. But that explains why reporting the latest issue in one of the many stuck threads already wasn't getting any responses and you're right there are alot of stickies already. Thanks for coordinating the effort.

Posts: 87 11-Jul-08 8:39 AM	our board is on cdb4 and I have been told that the issue is being or has been fixed and that we should see changes yesterday or today. I want to know what changes we are supposed to see? Are we going to see the missing posts return? Are we going to see the missing threads return? The issue we had was not that of posts takinga long time to show up, it was that posts that had been there for several days suddenly vanished. This was both entier threads, and individual posts scatterd theroughout a thread in no specific order.

Posts: 9389 11-Jul-08 10:50 AM	They have found the problem on CBD2 and CDB5 and the fix has been pushed to ALL servers. This issue is now marked as FIXED. If you continue to have problems, please let me know in this thread. As for missing topics or missing members, these should be RESTORED. Please let me know if this is not the case. Please provide urls to the missing items.
