I turned in a help ticket over a month ago. While response has been quick, the REMEDY has NOT been.
This is absurd.
I've have been an ezsupporter for years, and now by osmosis a Yuku supporter. I have close to 40 new PM's in my inbox that I cannot VIEW.
Neither can I view any SENT Pm's.
WHY is it taking so long to get this fixed?
I've been more than patient.
All I keep hearing is, "they're we're working on it."
It needs to be addressed.
